“Helen”
3 rounds for time:
400 m Run
21 Kettlebell/Dumbbell Swings, 1.5/1 pood
12 Pullups
13:57 w/ Rx’d weight, but not Rx’d b/c some reps had suspect ROM.
This felt terrible. I had zero energy starting halfway through the first round. Still recovering from being sick, and my stomach felt like even jogging was gonna make me puke. I haven’t puked in a WOD yet, which is disappointing because I feel like I should be trying hard enough to vomit once in a while. But today wasn’t about that, it was about feeling way off. Oh well, last time we did Helen I finished in 12 something with all blue-band pullups so this is an improvement of sorts.
